NewsDrug use in Enschede is above the national average, but how much of that can be attributed to the University of Twente? According to the national Monitor Mental Health and Substance Use among Higher Education Students, thirty percent of UT students regularly smoke a joint, eleven percent occasionally take ecstasy, and cocaine use is ‘relatively limited’.
