The dashboard should help municipalities make suitable decisions on corona measures. ‘One of the main issues with COVID-19 was that we didn’t have enough knowledge and didn’t know what to do.’
The University of Twente is part of a national project developing a smart dashboard to predict regional outbreaks of COVID-19 in the Netherlands. The research is led by Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) with UT and TU/e professor Nelly Litvak as the project leader.
