In 2024, U‑Today rather casually launched what has since become a new tradition: the Big Board Photo Contest. The idea was to showcase the active student life on and around UT in its most prominent form.
Over the past two years, dozens of photos have been ranked. In the first edition, CSV Alpha took the top prize from a total of 55 submissions. Last year, the MotorSportGroep claimed victory, selected from no fewer than 64 entries.
Boards can submit this year’s photo until Thursday 18 June. A professional and highly specialised jury – the U‑Today editorial team – will then review the entries and ‘do the math’. The results, along with some unfiltered feedback, will be shared shortly afterwards. Please note: in most cases, the jury’s verdict should be taken with a generous pinch of salt.
