New pub opens

Enschede’s Old Market Square has a new pub: Grand Café La Berry’s. Named after a French wine region, it aims to attract a mature audience, welcoming in particular ‘anyone over 23 years old’. The grand café is located next to Café De Kater, and it is owned by Fons Moeskops, who also runs ‘Irish pub’ Paddy’s located on the square.
