NewsStarbucks verdwijnt van de campus, per 10 november stopt de dienstverlening. De contracten worden niet verlengd, maar de exacte reden is niet bekend. Afgelopen juli stopte ook al het filiaal van Brownies & Downies in de Spiegel.
NewsStarbucks will close its campus location, with services ending on 10 November. The contracts will not be renewed, although the exact reason has not been disclosed. In July, the Brownies & Downies branch in the Spiegel building also ceased operations.
NewsVanaf 1 juni mag de Nederlandse horeca weer open, maar op de campus blijven veel deuren vooralsnog dicht. Bij studentensociëteit de Pakkerij heerst onduidelijkheid. ‘We willen zo snel mogelijk open, maar hebben er weinig invloed op.’
NewsFrom the 1st of June, the Dutch hospitality industry will open its doors again, but on campus many doors will remain closed for the time being. At the Pakkerij there is a lack of clarity. 'We want to open as soon as possible, but have little influence on it.'
This seventh edition of the 4TU Career Special is a shared publication by the news editors of Cursor (Eindhoven University of Technology), Delta (Delft University of Technology), Resource (Wageningen University and Research), and U-Today (University of Twente). The magazine came into being in collaboration with industry, and is explicitly aimed towards students who are either in the final phase of their studies, or have just graduated.
