Covid-19 in the Vestingbar

The Vestingbar on the UT campus has announced that a person infected with Covid-19 visited the bar on the 1st of September. The guest didn’t display any symptoms at the time, but later tested positive for coronavirus.

Yesterday evening, the Vestingbar posted a message saying that a Covid-19 patient visited the bar on Tuesday 1st of September. The bar was informed about this by Health Services.

All guests, who were there on the same day and left their contact information, have already been notified. Those who didn’t leave their contact details or have any questions can contact the Vestingbar directly.

The bar will remain open for now, but some of its staff has chosen to stay home. Due to this, the opening hours might differ and the Vestingbar might be closed on some days in the coming week.
