Iranian New Year party

When the clock strikes twelve this Wednesday night (20^th of March) and you have the patience to wait two more minutes it has finally arrived…The Iranian New Year that is! To celebrate, the Iranian Network at the University of Twente (IrNUT) organizes a fun event with Persian live music, snacks and sweets from Iran, a photo exhibition and many more events. The celebration, which takes place in the Bastille,  will be a great way to familiarize yourself with Iran, its history and culture. The event starts at 11:00am and will last until 1:00pm. Entrance fee is 3 euros for non-members, and none for members.
