Een weldadig staaltje idealisme, zo tussen het bezuinigingsjargon door. KPS-raadslid en milieufee Reneke van Soest ergerde zich mateloos aan het in een plastic mapje verpakte rapport van het Facilitair Bedrijf en besloot korte metten te maken met de natuuronvriendelijke papierstroom. Triomfantelijk stak ze dinsdag een zware nietmachine in de lucht en verordonneerde haar collega-raadsleden het (witte! eenzijdig bedrukte!) rapport aan elkaar te nieten.
Met een mengeling van hoon- en schatergelach hoorde de raad het pleidooi aan. Waarop de nietmachine keurig rondging en zelfs de meest verstokte milieuvijanden zich onderwierpen aan de oekaze van juf Reneke. De plastic mapjes gaan retour Facilitair Bedrijf.
