Pilot of new Dutch exams at the UT

| Michaela Nesvarova

A pilot of an official Dutch language exam will be held at the UT on the 10th of December. The test is organized by CNaVT (Certificate of Dutch as a Foreign Language) and is open to anyone at the university.

‘It’s a great opportunity to practice for an official exam,’ says Céline Schouten from the UT Language Centre. ‘It’s interesting especially for people who are at the C1 level, because CNaVT offers the only officially recognized certificate at level C1.’

CNaVT is an agency that develops internationally recognized exams for learners of Dutch all over the world. The pilot at the UT is meant to test newly created exams at various knowledge levels (from A2 to C1). The exam will take place on the 10th of December in Vrijhof. It will last about two hours and participants can choose their preferred timeslot. To register, you can contact the UT Language Centre or send an e-mail to Inge Reinders ([email protected]) before the 28th of November.
