Students enrolled in this programme receive a diploma from both the UT and from the Finnish university. This is the second opportunity for MBA students to get a double diploma after a previously concluded collaboration with the technical University in Berlin.

According to Holger Schiele, Professor of Technology Management, the master's profile in purchasing and supply management is important for UT students. "Not only for MBA students, but also for bachelors students in a technical discipline. At the companies were they go to work, they will be confronted with innovation and purchasing".

Schiele continues: "At European companies, 60% of the turnover goes directly to the suppliers. So companies benefit from professional procurement management".
