UT’s Professor Celeste Wilderom has been offered the position Editor-in-Chief of 'Group & Organization Management' (GOM), Sage, California. The journalhas a two-year Impact score of 2.415. The UT got this journal at the annual conference of the Academy of Management (AOM) in San Antonio, Texas. In mid-August, Wilderom presented seven papers at the conference; one of which won a Best-Paper Proceedings prize. Another academic paper caught the attention of the US Army and was based on research being conducted in the campus’ Leadership Lab. Researcher Bianca Groen, a PhD student mentored by the professor, was awarded Best-Longitudinal Field Research by AOMs prestigious division ‘Organizational Change & Development.’ The study was carried out by Grolsch.
