New European Industrial Doctorate

Are you a PhD student who would like to earn your degree while working abroad? The European Commission is offering a European Industrial Doctorate that would allow you to do so. The doctorate partners universities with private companies, allows candidates to train by working for private companies directly, and provides funds for students to work in one country while enrolled as a doctoral student in another. The program will be financed with €20 million and the first of 100 students and 50 companies are set to begin in September 2012.
