Buying history

The TwentseWelle museum is now hosting the famous Amsterdam History Museum's 'historic vending machine'. Obtain unique Dutch historic objects for just one to two euros, which may make nice Sinterklaas or other presents. A label is attached that details the function of the selected item. For example, what was Kok’s kwartje (25 cents)? And where do Dutch tulip bulbs really come from? The vending machine is located in the museum’s restaurant - which can be accessed free-of-charge - until 2 January 2011.
