How to Motivate

Would you like to learn how to motivate disinterested PhD students, colleagues or supervisor to allow for a more energized and focused performance on their part? Then attend the forthcoming Female Faculty Network (FFN) workshop on motivation. Led by Franke Jongsma, a training and development consultant, the workshop first constructs a shared image of ‘motivation’ and how it works. Concepts or models are later introduced to help you implement these insights into your work.
