The Mathematics safe was hoisted from the rubble of the TWRC-building on Tuesday and taken to a specialised company in Almelo to be opened. Mathematics employee Strijbos present when this was accomplished relatively easily reported that the contents, including the back-up tapes, looked in good condition. He was therefore hopeful that all digitally-stored data could be recovered.
