The 30th Batavierenrace run last weekend was only marred by the cold and wet weather. The world's longest relay race was won by "De Vliegende Zwitsers" (the flying Swiss) in the time 10 hours 11 minutes 6 seconds, the team from Groningen University second, followed closely by the UT-team. A spectacular party in several locations on campus concluded this successful anniversary edition.
