On Saturday 27 April the 30th Batavierenrace will take place. The largest relay race, over 175 kilometers in 25 sections, for students, concluded by the largest student party. The race is run between Nijmegen and Enschede and the party takes place on the UT-campus. The first runner is expected to cross the finish line around 17.00 hr. The party starts long before that with a bands festival in a te
On Saturday 27 April the 30th Batavierenrace will take place. The largest relay race, over 175 kilometers in 25 sections, for students, concluded by the largest student party. The race is run between Nijmegen and Enschede and the party takes place on the UT-campus. The first runner is expected to cross the finish line around 17.00 hr. The party starts long before that with a bands festival in a tent on the campus grounds at 15.00 hr. Here student bands can show their stuff. From 21.00 hr at different locations the party continues, with a house party (Vrijhof) and party bands (Bastille, Sports Centre, and in the big tent on campus). And at 23.15 hr the start of a large laser show with three laser cannons and a water curtain.
