Jeanne Kuiper is a late-bloomer in photography. At first she trained as an interior decorator at the AKI in Enschede and designed interiors. In 1988 she started to take photographs. The similarity: "The same proportion in interplay of lines I put into interiors, I also try achieve in my photographs, next to a poetic language of the body."
The human body in space, that is the general theme in almost all her work.
She had exhibitions in amongst others Amsterdam, Putten, Enschede and Poland.
Opening Tuesday 9 October at 17.00 hr in the exhibition space in the Vrijhof. The exhibitions runs until 7 November.
