Nationality presentation

The UT Pakistani Student Association (PSA) gave a nationality presentation on the 10th Monday, September 10 in the Bastille Atrium. Following the welcome address, there was a speech by a representative of NUFFIC. Then Karin Paardenkooper, head of the International Office; Rector Magnificus Henk Zijm; and Mr. Khalid Majid, the first secretary to the Embassy of Pakistan in The Netherlands took turns congratulating PSA in their successful efforts in forming a Pakistani student organization. A multimedia presentation illustrating the colorful aspects of life in Pakistan was very informative to the international audience. The star attraction of the evening was undoubtedly the lavish spread of Pakistani delicacies at the Faculty Club which was enjoyed by everyone. All in all, the wonderfully organized event and the hospitality of the hosts made the evening a memorable one.
