Do you ever take the time in your busy life to wonder about everyday phenomena? Things that are obvious to us, or perhaps just make for a handy trick? Nevertheless, there is always a scientific explanation for such phenomena. In Everyday Science, a UT researcher sheds light on an everyday topic.
UT alumna Mabel Nummerdor has co-authored book titled ‘Holy Fuck’, published last week. Why does a Twente graduate end up writing a book about the future of sex? ‘It’s something people find very difficult to talk about, but sex drives us, it’s part of us. If we keep it in the dark, it can hurt us,’ answers the trendwatcher.
In this series, our student writers ask other UT students about their opinion on a variety of controversial topics. Be it on a worldwide scale or a bit smaller, these students share their food for thought. This time: sex robots and how they could influence our lives.
