Het UT-brede College van Beroep voor de Examens (CBE) hoeft de proceskosten van UT-student Shervin Tochahi niet te vergoeden. Dat blijkt uit een uitspraak die de Raad van State woensdag deed. Aan die uitspraak ging een maandenlange tentamenfraudezaak vooraf.

The UT-wide Examination Appeals Board (CBE) does not have to reimburse UT student Shervin Tochahi's legal costs. This is evident from a ruling made by the Council of State on Wednesday. That ruling was preceded by a months-long exam fraud case.
