Ingredients (serving 1)
- 2 pieces of (puff/quiche) pastry (from the freezer)
- 1 red onion
- Half a leek
- Handful of mushrooms (150 gr)
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 egg
- 1 TS thyme
- 50-100 g cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: a bit of extra cream/crème fraiche
- (and one frying pan and a bowl)
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius. Let the pastry thaw.
Cut the onion, leek, and mushrooms. Fry them for 10 minutes, add salt & pepper.
Mix the egg with the cheese, honey and thyme and optionally some extra cream.
Grease the bowl, and place in the pastry. Add the vegetables and egg mixture. If possible cover with leftover pastry. Add some cheese on top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the filling is done. Test with a toothpick. If it comes out clean it’s done.
