Ingredients (serving 4)
- 600-800 gr broccoli
- 600 gr – 1 kg potatoes
- 400 gr mushrooms
- 1 can with mushroom soup-base (the red one from Unox!!!)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 TBS Curry
- 2 TBS mayonnaise
- 150-200 gr grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees
Cut the garlic and (smash) the mushrooms
Cook the potatoes (10-15 min) and the broccoli (4 min if cooked, 10-15 if steamed) in salted water
Pan fry the garlic and mushrooms for about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper
Combine everything except the cheese and throw in an oven dish. Throw the cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 min, until the everything is warmed through (remind you, the soup goes in cold) cheese is melted so top is golden brown.
