Green Team Twente will compete in Hydrogen Efficiency Challenge

| Redactie

Green Team Twente is participating in Hydrogen Efficiency Challenge, a race held on 11th of June at Circuit Park Berghem. In this challenge, which the UT student team co-organized, they will compete against two other Dutch teams for the title of 'the most efficient hydrogen-powered car'.

At this time of the year, Green Team Twente would normally be preparing for the Shell Eco-Marathon, but this international competition was cancelled due to Covid-19. Together with their competitors Eco-Runner Team Delft and HAN Hydromotive, the UT student team therefore decided to set up the Hydrogen Efficiency Challenge.

The event will be held on 11 June from 11:30 to 18:00 on a circuit in Berghem near Nijmegen. The three participating teams will face each other and attempt to complete a track on as little hydrogen as possible. As no spectators can attend the race, everyone can follow it via a live blog and from 16:15 via a live stream.
