Global Food Fair is not only a culinary event. It was initiated to bring together all the different cultures at the UT. Besides food from countries all over the world, the event will include a pop quiz or various performances to give people a chance to showcase their culture in an artistic way.

Many international associations from the UT are participating in the Global Food Fair, including PPIE, ACSSE, LaVOZ, ISA or the Buddy Program, which will provide traditional Dutch food. You can therefore look forward to Indonesian, Chinese, Mexican and Indian meals. On top of that, the Global Lounge is providing food from Japan, Turkey, Greece, Italy, and Surinam. The bar will also be open for those who want to buy drinks.

Everyone is welcome to join the event, and to also bring some food from their own home country. The Global Food Fair begins at 6 p.m. on the 15th of December and it will be held in the Atrium in Bastille.
