European Student Congress
In the next few days, University of Twente students might wonder what has happened to thepopulation of the campus. From 1stto 6thMay, around 1000 additional students from all over Europe will be at UT for the 'Spring Agora Enschede'. AEGEE, the biggest interdisciplinary European student association, holds a congress called an agora twice a year. This year AEGEE Enschede is hosting the biggest agora. The theme is 'Connect Today, Fusion Tomorrow: the role of European students in creating a sustainable Europe'. Sophie in't Veld, a Member of the European Parliament, and Frans van Vught, a European Commission advisor, will be among the speakers introducing the theme of the conference.The participants have a full program of assemblies, discussions, workshops, progress meetings and of course plenty of social events.
