The annual European University-Business Thematic Forum is currently being held at the UT campus. 'Innovating together: partnerships for an entrepreneurial Europe' is this year's theme. Starting today, the 2-days long forum focuses on the necessity of university-business cooperation and partnerships for innovation to take place. Among the various approaches and models that exist for collaborative innovation, this thematic forum will highlight the educational aspects of innovation systems, in particular how universities working in partnership with economic actors can contribute to an innovative ecosystem. Partnerships around collaborative curriculum design, (skills) training, employability and entrepreneurial learning environments will be highlighted in plenary and parallel sessions. Particular emphasis will be given to small medium enterprises and regional aspects.
The eighth edition of the 4TU Career Special is out! This week, twelve thousand copies will land on the doormats of an equal number of alumni from the four technical universities. A special feature of this publication is the COMMIT insert of the Materiel and IT Command of the Ministry of Defence.
