IGS Symposium

On 24 November the Institute for Innovation and Governance Studies (IGS) will organize a symposium on 'Social Science in Context -Thematic and Institutional Perspectives' to mark the handing out of an honorary doctorate to Prof. Helga Nowotny, President of the European Research Council. The symposium will be opened at 2:30pm by UT rector magnificus Brinksma. Besides Nowotny (European Research Council), Professor Franciska De Jong (Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research) and Dr. Von Schomberg (European Commission) are among the afternoon's speakers.
