Good news came for the department of Educational Organization and Management of the faculty of Behavioral Sciences in the form of a Fulbright scholarship for doctoral student Kim Schildkamp.
The Fulbright Centre is a prestigious non-profit organization that promotes academic cooperation between the United States and other countries. The scholarship is distributed through the NWO for research and study at an American university.
In her current doctoral research Schildkamp is evaluating the use of ZEBO: a system of self-evaluation in primary education where schools can evaluate their own status compared to a large reference group of similar schools through a series of comparative indicators.
