The UT Student Psychologists office is closed Dec 25 - Jan 2. They recommend contacting a General Practitioner (GP) for any emergencies.

Finally, the city of Enschede reminds all bikers to turn on their lights, both back and front, for their own safety. Bicyclists without lights can be fined 14 euros for one missing light or 23 euros for both.
