Odd Engineers Amsterdam presents `Kouwe Kermis,' an interactive sound exposition comprising a unique collection of musical refrigerators, traveling in a transportable gallery. The spectator puts a hand into a series of refrigerators, the insides of which have been converted into unique acoustic mini-theaters.

Broodje Cultuur presents Jan Rot and Jakob Klaasse with `Music for Millions'

Jan Rot - famous as a rocker, later as a comedian and now taking the third step in his career as a virtuoso singer - offers upbeat and moving interpretations of Schubert, Elvis and Randy Newman among others, accompanied by top pianist Jakob Klaasse.

Broodje Cultuur presents RosA EnSEmBle & Eric Vloeimans performing `Plato Tectonics,' a contemporary sound experience fusing new music, beats and jazz. RosA plays acoustically and electronically. The idiom of modern music is incorporated into the structures of dance, ambient and drum `n bass. The jazz sound of Eric Vloeimans enriches the ensemble. The result is fresh, exciting and danceable.

Broodje Cultuur presents Duo Vertigo performing `Body Elemental,' compositions featuring the use of every aspect of one's body. Audiences of all ages are exposed to new concepts related to percussion and how everyone can make music. Complementing Duo Vertigo is Spanish clarinetist Carlos Gálvez-Taroncher, who uses his instrument to create crazy screeching noises, reminiscent of the human voice. Whether through the composers' use of syllables, poetry or pre-recorded pick-up lines, audiences find aspects of every day life to relate to.
