Ensemble Leporello performs Beestenbende

Ensemble Leporello creates productions in which music, song, text and movement are combined in a particular alchemy. Each performance uses the theatrical implications of music and rhythm and vice versa. The basic raw material for this particular project is a series of fables by Toon Tellegen. With playful precision, swinging and singing, feasting and dreaming, a band of animals entertain and teach.

Dragon Productions presents It's My Right
How do women live in the Netherlands? In Nigeria? In Russia? What gives them strength? Do they feel respected? What can Western women learn from African women? Choreographer and dancer Maggie Boogaart addresses these queries in the movement, text and music of this dance performance. The audience hears and sees the texts of different women are being interviewed. Come celebrate International Women's Day with thought-provoking text, expressive moves, and dynamic musical composition.
