This course focuses on acquiring skills and using state-of-the-art methods to quickly and efficiently find and register information. It is intended for scientific staff members and PhD students of the University of Twente.

Program: the course consists of self-study, ple­nary presentations and practical exercises, inclu­sive of personalized infor­mation searching on your own research topic. After the course, you are invited to make an appointment with your own information specia­list to work on your own research topic. This inclu­des an on-line search ses­sion.

Meeting dates: April 4 (mor­ning) and April 11 (mor­ning).

The course includes a syllabus, which can also be used as a practical reference for future sear­ches for scientific infor­mation.
