New bicycle repair shop

If you have a flat tire on the campus boulevard, it is no longer a problem to get a quick fix. A new bicycle shop will open at the student complex The Box in early September. The shop is called De Versnelling or ‘The Acceleration’ in English. Young adults with a mild mental handicap will perform minor repairs and maintenance. The project is an initiative of Twente Care Centers and the municipality. The repair shop will be open five days a week (Monday to Friday) from 8:30am to 5pm.
