The International Debating Forum organises an informal meeting with the theme: 'Democracy and good governance' accompanied by music from international music students. Democracy and good governance are important criteria for supplying development aid. When can one speak of 'good governance'? Is democracy a precondition? Can a government contribute to good governance and democracy in a developing nation? What is the the relationship between good governance and civil society?
