The renovation of the Bastille to stronghold for students and their facilities goes according to schedule. The 23 levels originally created by architect Pieter Blom have been reduced to three. The surrender of the building is planned for week 12 (from 17 March), after which a large-scale move under direction of the manager û the Student Union û can start. The first large party in the drastically renovated building is that of the Batavierenrace, Saturday 26 April.
