NewsUT wil in kantines ‘voedselaanbod dat past binnen grenzen planeet’
Het voedselaanbod in de kantines verduurzamen. Dat is het doel van een samenwerking die de UT en cateraar Appèl aangaan met het bedrijf Greendish. Dat verduurzamen gaat niet radicaal, maar in kleine stappen. ‘De kroket verdwijnt niet per definitie.’

NewsUT wants ‘food offering that fits within the limits of the planet’
Making the food offering in the canteens more sustainable. That is the aim of a new collaboration between the UT, caterer Appèl and the company Greendish. Changes will not take place radically, but in small steps. ‘The ‘kroket’ does not disappear by definition.’
