Het college van bestuur wil het tarief voor het instellingscollegegeld stevig verhogen. Vanaf september 2026 moet deze met 11 procent omhoog, om voor inflatie te corrigeren. Daar gaat nog een eenmalige verhoging van 15 procent overheen.

The Executive Board wants to significantly increase the rate for institutional tuition fees. From September 2026, it must increase by 11 percent to correct for inflation. A one-off increase of 15 percent will be added to that.

The ITC Faculty is the main coordinator of the Earth Observation AFRICA Research and Development Facility partnership. This programme is aimed at training professionals in using remote sensing data. New is the African Lead Curriculum Development, in which African universities develop their own curriculum. A good thing, says ITC project leader Arno van Lieshout.

De faculteit BMS is bezig met een ‘voorlopige verkenning’ om een eigen bachelor-rechtenopleiding te starten. Dat zou in samenwerking met de Vrije Universiteit moeten gebeuren, zo staat in de laatste managementrapportage.
