Tweehonderd flexwoningen aan de Witbreuksweg moeten de acute woningnood voor UT-studenten grotendeels oplossen. In de loop van oktober krijgen de wooncontainers daar hun plek. Het plaatsen van studenten gebeurt op basis van urgentie, reisafstand en – als de vraag het aanbod overstijgt – loting.

Two hundred flex homes on the Witbreuksweg should largely solve the acute housing shortage for UT students. The housing containers will be placed there in the course of October. Students will be assigned to their accommodation on the basis of urgency, travel distance and - if demand exceeds supply - by means of lottery.

Due to the 'constant and real threat' from cybercriminals, ICT service department LISA is launching an online learning environment on cyber security for students and staff.
