Pakistanis decided to go for it
Imran Fazal, a 32-year-old PhD student in the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science, from Pakistan, is occupied with his research: designing the development and characterization of micro-valves. In addition to this technical study, he has been planning the founding of a brand-new organization; one that will bring the Dutch and Pakistani students closer together by learning about each other's cultures. It is a lot of work, but to Fazal, it will be worth the effort: `I feel it's my duty to my country to inform Dutch people about the real Pakistan.'
