Staftoernooi op kolkende campus

Een dampende grasmat, paarse fakkels, trommels en een krat bier voor de winnaars: het zijn de ingrediënten voor de finale van het jaarlijkse Staftoernooi. De studieverenigingen van de UT en Saxion namen het tegen elkaar op in een potje voetbal. Bij de heren ging de eindoverwinning naar Newton (werktuigbouwkunde) en bij de dames naar Atlantis (ATLAS). Voetbalvereniging Drienerlo tekende voor de organisatie.

The Dutch Quidditch Cup took place on the UTrack athletics field on campus the past weekend. Six teams from all over the Netherlands battled it out to earn the coveted award, including our own Twentse Thestrals. In a nerve-racking final, they ultimately managed to catch the Snitch and secure the win.
