Blind student graduates on access to ICT for the blind
Ugandan scientist, Abdul Busuulwa, with the CSTM department, will obtain his doctorate on Thursday based on research into ICT tools for the blind and partially-sighted. What is special in his case is that he himself is blind, and has been since his birth. ‘I am proud that I can contribute to a solution for the recognition of people with a handicap.’
