Mariska Giesen directeur bedrijfsvoering ET

Mariska Giesen, hoofd marketing bij de dienst Marketing & Communicatie, wordt per 1 februari 2020 directeur bedrijfsvoering bij de faculteit ET. Ze volgt David Korringa op. Hij krijgt per 1 december diezelfde rol krijgt bij de faculteit ITC.

‘You need confidence to survive in the male world’

Professor Bojana Rosic (36) is the first scientist to be appointed for the female-only Hypatia chair at the UT. ‘I was a bit reluctant to apply, but I decided to take the position as a challenge. I want to encourage girls to study engineering,’ says the Professor of Applied Mechanics and Data Analysis at the ET Faculty.
