Maar de honderden miljoenen euro’s die vrijkomen dankzij het wegbezuinigen van de beurs, zijn door de ongebreidelde toename van het aantal internationale studenten een druppel op de gloeiende plaat.

But the hundreds of millions of euros that are freed up thanks to the cutback of the basic grant, are a drop in the ocean because of the unbridled increase in the number of international students.
