Dr. David G. Ullman will be introducing his ideas about the Robust Decision process with examples from industry at a public seminar at ITC on 23 June at 1:45pm. Many decisions fail – the results are not put into action, costs exceed budget, and schedules slip. Driving these failures are decisions based on uncertain, inconsistent, and incomplete information; information that is a mix of ‘fact’, perception, estimation and opinion; and poor decision making processes.
